Teachers can now pre-assign proctors, proctor/support feeds reconnect automatically after signaling or WebRTC media server disruptions, and the student CSV import help link now points to the current support article.

• Teacher proctor pre-assignment: Users with the teacher role can now assign a proctor to a student session - the same way an administrator can - from the manage students page. Available only when global proctoring is disabled. Previously, the pre-assignment dropdown showed no options other than "auto".

• Proctor/support stream reconnection: Proctor and support feeds now reconnect automatically after a signaling server release, crash, or WebSocket reconnection, and support feeds resume after a KMS (media server) restart - matching the proctoring view behaviour.
