This release fixes two issues in the exam setup and invitation flow: duplicate invitation emails caused by rapid double-clicking of Send emails, and exams becoming available to students without any student instructions in place, which blocked them from starting the exam.

• Clicking Send emails twice in quick succession could send the exam invitation email twice to each student. The button is now disabled as soon as it's clicked, so each student receives exactly one email per send.

• An exam could reach Open status even when its student instructions were empty — for example, after deleting the instructions and uploading only an attachment. Students opening such an exam saw a "Connection issue" message and could not start. Exams now stay in Draft until student instructions have actual content.
