• [Exam Taker] Support for right-to-left languages (e.g. Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi): Now, if you add a language that is right-to-left as a custom language (you have to provide the translations yourself), the exam taker experience will automatically adjust to also be right-to-left, as shown in the example below. The steps to add a custom language with your own translations are explained in this support guide.

[Admin] It is now possible to create a seat usage report that will show the seats consumed for each month in the period you select for the report.

• This report is per full calendar month, so if you select a period 15 May - 15 June, it will include all usage in May and June (1 May - 31 May and 1 June - 30 June). Months without seats consumed are omitted from the report.

• If you are a superuser, you’ll see the seat usage for all institutes inside your billing entity (i.e. this report isn’t dependent on which environment/institute you’re on).

• If you are an administrator and your institute is the only institute in a billing entity, you’ll see the seat usage just for that institute. But if your institute is part of a larger billing entity, you will not be able to see a seat usage report.

• Note that the months' boundaries are defined in the UTC timezone (midnight to midnight)
