[Proctoring] What are the hardware prerequisites for a "Proctor" in a Live Proctored session?

Each live proctor will need these specs in order to successfully live proctor 4 students:

• At least equipment with a Core i5 processor or equivalent.
• 6 GB of RAM
• a 15 “screen is advised
• A stable connection and powerful enough with at least:
  • In upload: around 2 Mbps
  • In download: from 50 Mbps
