• [Users] Clarify the login error message when login fails to include the possibility that the account was deactivated

• [Live Proctoring] Fix to make it possible to assign a proctor to a currently active session even when the exam is closed (last start time elapsed)
• [Live Proctoring] Fix for showing the correct number of connected exam takers when the proctor logs out
• [Live Proctoring] Fix for preventing an exam taker from being assigned to a proctor immediately after that proctor logged out
• [Admin] Fix for keeping the filters and current page after performing an action on a student in the “Manage Students” section
