Improvements to existing features

• [API] Improve documentation of the individual_info field for the StudentSession
• [Admin] Clarify which HTML tags are allowed for the Individual Info field, show appropriate error when validating and forbidden tags are used. 

Bug fixes

• [Admin] Ensure you cannot set an end time or start time in the backoffice on sessions that haven’t actually started.
