Improvements to existing features

• [Admin] Ensure all reports include both start date and end date, fixing the issue where a report would be empty because the start date and end date were the same.

Bug fixes

• [Admin] Fix for missing text in the information pop-up for the exam language
• [Exam taker] Fix for a rare issue where recordings are lost when an exam-taker reconnects after having lost internet connection for a while.

• [Exam taker] Fix to prevent auto-archiving new sessions added to open ended exams (no last start time) with a first start time older than the retention period.
