Improvements
- Added the student name to the error pop-up showed to live proctors when live proctoring connection could not be started.
Bug Fixes
- Fix: Live proctoring pop-up error may show up for ended sessions
- Fix: Occasionally ended student sessions were still being auto-assigned to live proctors
- Fix: Some archived student sessions may appear in the reviewer panel
