Sometimes, the email with the exam link is not received by the candidates.
When this happens, you might want to retrieve the session URL from the Back Office, so you can easily help your candidates access their exam.
Step 1
Login to the Administration panel.

On the left hand side, you will see the list of exams. Select the one you need from the list:

Once you access the exam, navigate to the Students section select Manage as shown in the image.
Step 4
Select the specific candidate. Click on the chain icon highlighted in the image below to access the links for the specific candidate.
Step 5
The pop-up box will display the Requirements Check URL and the Exam URL.
Copy any of those or both and mail them to your candidate, who will be able to perform the system check or start the exam directly, by accessing the links.
