ProctorExam uses a system that tries to “preserve” as much video as possible: if the test taker’s connection is of bad quality, the system will automatically shut one video stream to keep the other(s) connected. ProctorExam is set to have the video streams connected at all times, it will, therefore, ask the student to reconnect the lost stream.
This might be due to the internet connection. In order to stop this from happening, the student should improve their connection (getting closer to wifi emitter, stop other devices using wifi or if possible use cable connection) and reconnect the video, so that it will be available for review.
