[Back Office] Do missing recordings impact the start/end time and the test duration?

You might be wondering if missing footage will impact the duration of the exam or change the start and end times of a session. 

That is not the case. When a feed drops and reconnects, later on, the system will stitch the two pieces back together.

Any missing video feed does not alter the exam duration/ time. While the video is not recording, the “timer” is still ticking
