Depending on your Institution needs, you can set up different types of user roles for proctoring and reviewing. Each role has specific rights.
- Local Proctor: A local proctor can proctor the sessions from the Institution in which he is assigned.
-
Global Proctor (Premium): The global proctor has access to proctor all the sessions from the whole environment.
- Local Reviewer: A local reviewer can review the sessions from the Institution in which he is assigned.
- Global Reviewer (Premium): The global reviewer has access to review all the sessions from the whole environment.
With a dedicated instance in ProctorExam you can manage multiple Institutes.
Global Proctoring/Reviewing means that only people with a global proctor/reviewer role are able to supervise and review sessions across any of the Institutes on your environment. (Premium clients only)
