The user management can be found in the Settings of your ProctorExam environment. In this section, you'll be able to invite the relevant people in your team allowing them the following roles and permissions.
Superuser (Premium account only)
In case you have Premium account, and, thus, your own Environment, you will have an account called Superuser, this account allows you to manage the whole environment.
Administrator
Administrator has access to the ‘Administration’ and the ‘Back-office’ panels of ProctorExam.
An administrator also has access to user management and they are able to create and remove users. An administrator can also see and manage all created exams for a specific institute.
An administrator can access the support Area of ProctorExam which is used for user support purposes.

Teacher
Teacher has access to the ‘Administration’ and the ‘Back-office’ panels but their access to exams is limited; they can only see exams that they've created or have been designated to co-manage.

Reviewer
Reviewer has access only to the ‘Reviewer’ panel on ProctorExam.
A global reviewer will be able to see all exams, across all institutes on your environment, from the moment those particular tests have been set as global reviewing.
On the contrary, local reviewers will only have access to the exams in a specific institute they are allocated for.

Proctor
Proctor has access only to the ‘Proctor’ panel on ProctorExam portal.
A global proctor will be able to supervise all exams, across all institutes on the environment, from the moment those particular tests have been set as global proctoring.

Auditor
Auditor has access only to the ‘Auditor’ panel.
This role has a quality assurance purpose and gives access to a search engine across the institute to review one by one or randomly the entire proctoring process, with access to all recorded and documented sessions on ProctorExam.
