Reentering the exam is possible if the candidate closes the window of the exam without selecting the “Finish Exam” button. If the “Finish Exam” button was pressed to exit the exam, the candidate will not be able to re-enter their exam as this action is irreversible. A new invitation will have to be arranged with the exam institution.

When the marks were shared with the institution. Normally I get a mail within next day that the result is shared but at this time there is no mail yet. Why this happens?
