• New video player in the Reviewer tool

  • Improved player controls, such as enlarged seek bar, 15-second skip functionality, and single-click speed control

  • New layout with primary and secondary views. Full-screen mode including all stream recordings

  • Spacebar shortcut to play/pause

  • Better playback of legacy videos with multiple chunks

• Coming soon

  • Better video synchronisation with clearly indicated gaps in recordings

    • Padding and stitching of missing video will be rolled out progressively to customer environments from 23 August 2022

  • New video player in the back office tool is expected in September
