How to connect your mobile device to ProctorExam

As you reach out step 6 on your system check you will be asked to connect you mobile device to ProctorExam.

If you don't have the APP dowloaded 

If previously you didn't download the app, scan the QR code that appears on your screen with your mobile device  and you will be redirected to App Store or Google Play to download it. 

Use the following guide to connect your mobile in case the app was previously downloaded to your device::

1. Select ‘I Already have the app’ button 

As you selected the option, you will see the following :


2.  Open ProctorExam app and click scan QR code. 




3. Scan the QR code you see on the screen.



After successful connection you will receive the following message: 


After successful camera detection you will be prompt to do a room scan :




Please follow the instructions on your mobile device :




After successful completion of room scan proceed to your exam set up on your main device: 



This is how you device should stay throughout the exam in order for the connection to remain to the platform.
