Recorded exam sessions can be downloaded from the Back Office tile on ProctorExam. Follow the steps bellow.
Step 1
First log in your environment and then select the Back Office tile.
Step 2
Secondly, select the exam and the relevant candidate. Until you arrive to the page below.
Step 3
When you select the session you want to download from the list of candidates, you will arrive to the back office page of the session, and shown below. Here select the Video button that can be found under the video feeds.
Step 4
The available video feeds you can choose to download will show as in the page bellow. You can select one at a time.
Step 5
A player will open and from there you can select the 3 dots on the image below, on the right side at the bottom.
You can then select the option to download the video.
