As an “Administrator” or a “Teacher” user, you might sometimes encounter a situation where the email with the link for the exam is not well received by the students or test takers. When this happens, you might want to retrieve the session URL from the back-office, so you can easily help your students or test takers access their exam sessions.
Step 1
When you are in your ProctorExam Institue, choose the 'Administration' icon.

Step 2
On the left side panel, you will see a list of current and past exams. You can select the exam in question from this menu. You can also use the search bar to locate it more easily.

Step 3
Once you enter the administration page of the exam selected you will see several sections. On the Students section select 'Manage' as shown in the image.

Step 4
When the page below is displayed, you can select the specific name of your candidate who needs the exam link. Select the icon highlighted in the image below to access the links for the specific candidate.

Step 5
You will then see a pop-up, on the screen, including the Session URL and the Requirements Check URL.
You can copy the Session URL and mail it to your candidate, who will be able to start the exam directly by accessing the link.
