Depending on your institution needs, you can set up different types of user accounts for proctoring and reviewing. Each account has specific rights.
- Local Proctor: Can proctor the sessions from the institution assigned.
- Global Proctor (Premium): The global proctor has access to Proctor all the sessions from the whole environment.
- Local Reviewer: Can review the sessions from the institution assigned.
- Global Reviewer (Premium): The global reviewer has access to Proctor all the sessions from the whole environment.
With a dedicated instance of ProctorExam, you can manage multiple institutes.
Global Proctoring/Reviewing means that only people with a global proctor / global reviewer role are able to supervise and review sessions across any of the institutes on your instance. (Premium)
With the Institute level Proctoring / Reviewing, on the other hand, a user will only have access to a specific institute’s sessions.
