How to access tickets previously opened via Jira?
As you might already be aware we are currently transitioning our technical support from Jira to Zendesk. However, to make sure we are still following up the previously created tickets and that you have access to any updates, we are still keeping Jira accessible for you.
In order to access these tickets, you can click here to be re-directed to the log-in page. It will look like the image below:
Once you are logged-in you will have full access to any ticket you created in the past, both pending or closed tickets.
For new tickets, they will now be created via Zendesk support. To raise a new ticket please use 'submit a request' feature in the help centre in the page support.proctorexam.com.
