It is possible for "SuperUser" and “Administrator” users to change the language of the test taker view.
This feature can allow your candidates to take exams in other languages, with translations or instructions that are closer to the experience you would like to provide.

We currently offer 2 options for translations:
- Translation via Google translate;
- Personalized translation.
ProctorExam Localize is available at an Institute and Exam level meaning that you can decide on different experiences for different exams.
Option 1 (Standard & Premium accounts)
Step 1
On the drop-down manual in the upper-right corner, hit 'Settings':

Select the 'Exam Languages' section on the left-hand side of your screen to open the following screen:
- Select the exam you want to provide translation;
- Select the languages you want to have available for your candidates;
- Click Save on the bottom right of your screen.

On the candidate side, when entering the exam, they will see a drop-down menu with all the languages selected.

Option 2 (Premium)
Step 1
This translation can be adjusted to the need of the clients. Access the menu 'Translations'. Here you can click on the arrow to download the file (YML format) in the default language, English.
Translate the YML file to your own language. Give a different name to the file, by changing the first sentence on the document. After you’re done with the YML file, upload it by using the "Choose file" button then click "Upload".

If only one YML file is uploaded, it will become the default language available for the candidates.
