[Browser] Incompatible Browser

Our Platform was developed and optimized for use with Google Chrome Browser. Other browsers are not compatible and should not be used. 

When trying to access ProctorExam using a different web browser the following image might appear to warn you that the browser is not compatible and that Google Chrome must be used instead.
