B. Check Requirements Issue
1. Error When scanning the QR code.
You might encounter a similar issue when you scanned the QR code on the ProctorExam screen using a QR code scanner, and not the ProctorExam app. Depending on the QR code scanner you use the image might be different than the example displayed below.
Resolution: Download the app and use it to scan the QR code.
2. Cannot publish mobile/Stream Failed

Resolution: Wait for a few minutes and then Refresh Proctor Link and Rescan Code.
C. Exam Set Up Issues
1. Recording could not be started
Receiving this message while setting up your exam is a sign of a poor and/or unstable internet connection.
Resolution: The best course of action is to get closer to the modem, stop any other devices using the internet, and if possible, use an ethernet cable to connect to the internet instead of wifi.
2. The image on the mobile app is distorted. (the image can be in these cases: blurred, pixelated, unclear, broken up, or showing some diagonal lines.)
This can happen when using a mobile device that is incompatible with our application. Some devices that are currently not supported: Huawei P30/and Newer models, Google Pixel 2,3, 4/ and Newer models, Samsung Galaxy A3 are not compatible with our app.
Resolution: The use of a different device will be required.
